Return Policy

If in any case you have received the incorrect order, or your order is incorrectly advertised we will rectify immediately. However due to the health and safety regulation act, we do not offer any returns because you have changed your mind.

we offer a life time warranty on all our jewellery that your gems or diamond will never fall out (fair wear and tear excluded).

Exclusions to warranty
Warranty excluded if your jewellery is worked on by any other persons other then us, this includes a clean and polish by any other person. We offer a free clean and polish service once a year, providing you supply a pre paid self addressed envelope to be returned in.

Your nose stud are not prefabricated earrings as other suppliers out there, so be rest assured you are buying top quality pieces of 18ct jewellery, an investment we believe you will love.

Your nose stud will be 100% made using top quality gems and diamonds and 100% 18ct gold, not filled or plated in any way. We offer our customers a lifetime warranty on your jewellery that your gems or diamonds will never fall out of the setting as these are set in not glued in (fair wear and tear excluded).

We are not in charge of post will be sent free of charge domestically for all items under $100, and express post over $100 free. If you need to be posted via express this is available on checkout. International orders regular post $8.00 and if you needed international registered post $30.00 once it has been dispatched, please be patient when waiting to receive your parcel as post can be slow and again i am not in control of this.
