Occasionally your jewellery may seem smaller in diameter, but please be reassured that it is the correct diamond/gem weight, as all diamonds/gems are measured in Caret weight not necessarily in diameter size.

Return Policy

If in any case you have received the incorrect order, or your order is incorrectly advertised we will rectify immediately. However due to the health and safety regulation act, we do not offer any returns because you have changed your mind.

Australian Customers – via express post only with tracking number which i will supply for you to check online with Australia post

International – via registered post and comes with a tracking number so if any problems we can trace down the parcel. Please note that if any other method of postage is made we will not be held accountable for lost parcels.

Warranty
we offer a life time warranty on all our jewellery that your gems or diamond will never fall out (fair wear and tear excluded).

Exclusions to warranty

Warranty excluded if your jewellery is worked on by any other persons other than us, this includes a clean and polish by any other person. We offer a free clean and polish service once a year, providing you supply a pre-paid self-addressed envelope to be returned in.
